Longmont Chorale

The Longmont Chorale is a non-audition mixed community choir of over one hundred singers. The Chorale’s supportive environment ensures that every singer has the resources they need to grow. We welcome singers of all ages, high school and up, and membership is open year-round. As one of the few non-auditioned choral groups in the region, we embrace vocalists of all backgrounds, regardless of experience or skill level.

If you are interested in learning more about being a member, you are invited to our Ice Cream Social on August 17 at 7:00 PM. Locations to be announced soon.

Join the Longmont Chorale

To join, please come to one of the first two rehearsals of the season. You will not need to formally audition, but a very simple pitch-matching exercise will be required at your first rehearsal. Rehearsals for the 2026 – 2027 season start Monday, August 24 or Monday, August 31 at 7:00 PM (Location: TBA).

Viva Voce

Viva Voce is a select vocal ensemble of auditioned singers drawn from the larger Longmont Chorale. Formerly known as the Chorale Singers, this specialized subgroup performs distinct themed concerts (such as madrigals or pops showcases) and frequently collaborates with groups like the Longmont Symphony Orchestra.
